Our uptime, or rather ‘no downtime’, guarantee provides a window of 3-24 hours for our service technicians to reach you and start conducting repairs. Whether it’s built into your plan or on a pay-per-use basis, your repairs are always less than 24 hours away, guaranteed.

  1. A FREE* GMS/GPS monitoring and reporting device (installation charges may apply)
  2. A 10% discount subsidy** on rental replacements during repairs from participating Tekamo HD partners. We can arrange this rental replacement for you, ensuring the maximum uptime for the lowest possible cost.
  3. Smartphone compatible online tracking maintenance checklists for each of your machines and operators, as well as programs for frequent and recurring maintenance tasks.
  4. Automate your preventative maintenance with regularly scheduled maintenance such as oil changes and filters, or have the parts sent to you directly to minimize costs even further.
